Just like traditional outsourcing links (phone line and
leased data line connections), Sucaba literally becomes your specialized Risk Management
data processing department. The claims hardware and software-- based at our Pasadena
office--is linked to your claims department via an internet connection. You manage your
claims through, stand-alone or networked PCs, running under Windows® Windows NT®,
Windows 98®, Windows 95®, MS-DOS®, MAC®, OS/2® or UNIX® environments. All printing
of reports, letters, etc. are printed on a laser printer at your site. Once connected, you
are able to access and maintain your claims virtually 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
And, unlike other software vendors, should you decide that outsourcing or Sucaba’s
ClaimLink system is not right for you, we will return your data on magnetic media, free of
charge.
