WHAT: The new version 3.0 of ClaimLink, a completely integrated claims
administration and risk management system solution. The ClaimLink system now includes a
new ad-hoc report generator, ability to preview reports before printing and voice
recognition module for case notes and letters.
WHERE: ClaimLink is developed by Sucaba's in-house development team at
our corporate headquarters in Pasadena, California.
WHEN: Development of the ClaimLink system is continually under way with
annual or semi-annual enhancement upgrades. The system was initially introduced to risk
managers in January of 1987 after five years of development.
WHY: After years of dealing with sub-standard claims administration
systems, the initial founders of Sucaba decided to create the most complete workers'
compensation and liability claims administration systems available with customer service
as the #1 priority.
