Set on any schedule you desire, Your claims data is uploaded in a "feed" -- an electronic (or magnetic media) file of your claims data -- from your carrier(s) or TPA(s), into the ClaimTracker server. The server then automatically sorts and converts the data to the ClaimTracker system, where your data is immediately available for claim and risk managers to evaluate the data on a "level" playing field.
With claim information easily accessed on-line, the ClaimTracker software permits instant access to uploaded files, where the entire case information may be viewed within 12 screens of information. This complete case overview, including general case information, reserve data, payment information, notes, diary, plan of action and document history providing a complete overview of the case.
Complete with a built in ad-hoc report writer, the ClaimTracker software provides the means for risk manager to extrapolate data in any given fashion and at any time from your laser printer.

Standard or "canned" reports are also available on demand, or may be set up to be printed as routine "jobs," whereby any of your reports are generated on a day, week, month or yearly basis. This allows you to print the reports during the night for disbursement the following morning is so desired.
A fully open system, ClaimTracker data may be exported into a variety of graphical programs for graphs and charts, such as Microsoft Excel, Lotus 1-2-3, Claris Works, Perspective and other data/graphics programs.
Available in multiple configuration levels to suit your organizations needs, the ClaimTracker system may be installed with only the ability to receive information and generate set reports on a pre-determined basis, or with our Premium Service: including interactive case notes, diary scheduling and e-mail may be sent to the adjusters assigned to your cases.
