clmlink.JPG (17934 bytes)How many times have you heard the phrase "If I buy a computer of software today, it will be outdated tomorrow?"  It certainly seems that way, given the advances seen in the past five years with the Personal Computer (PC).  In a mere five years, computers which cost over $3,000 (for an old 286 with 40MB of disk space) are now relegated to the junk pile.  If only there was a way to keep up with the ever-changing Risk Management Information System (RMIS) technology without having to throw away a system every three to five years.  It's not a vision, it's a reality with ClaimLink.

While most new systems mandate specific technology or operating systems, Claimlink allows to utilize virtually any system available including Windows 98, Windows 95, Windows NT, Windows 3.1X, DOS, MAC/OS, OS/2, UNIX and MPE.  And, while the rest of the world scrambles to acomodate the new 64-bit technology, rest assured that ClaimLink be at the forefront with complete imac.jpg (10913 bytes)"backward compatability," so your department will not be required to invest thousands of dollars in this new technology.

ClaimLink's roots are in the concept of outsourcing, where organizations elect to house their dataprocessing off-site --  eliminating the cost of application servers, hardware/software upgrades and system administrators.  But ClaimLink does far more than save an organization money, it frees the risk management department from the responsibilities RMIS system administration, allowing the department to fully focus on their claims.

With this transfer of responsibility, keeping your system running smoothly and providing extraordinary service becomes our paramount focus.  Organizations do not "lose control" of their claims data, they gain a specialized data processing department comprised of individuals specializing in risk management, workers' compensation claims handling, liability claims handling, integrated technologies, data conversion and systems.  With over 60 years of combined experience in Risk Management, the Sucaba staff are able to respond to your organization's needs faster than most internal MIS departments.
